Work With Me

Six ways in. One goal.

Everything I build with clients is designed to transfer. The goal is never dependency. It's capability that stays with you.

Learning Labs

60 minutes. A real challenge. Something you can use the same day.

Every week, I host a live session where you work on an actual workplace problem using AI. Not theory. Not slides. You bring the challenge, we work it together, and you leave with a prompt, a workflow, or a system you can put to work immediately.

16 topics spanning career development, operations, leadership, finance, communications, and more. Platform-agnostic — works in ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini. Tuesdays at 12:00 PM ET.

For: Anyone doing knowledge work who wants to build real AI skills.

HALF-DAY · VIRTUAL OR ON-SITE

AI Opportunity Scan

A focused session where I look inside your actual workflows and identify the real opportunities to save time and money with AI.

Most organizations know AI matters. What they don't have is someone who can walk into their operation, understand how the work actually gets done, and point to the specific places where AI creates measurable impact. That's what this is.

I spend a half-day with your team — virtually or on-site — reviewing workflows, asking the questions vendors don't ask, and mapping the opportunities hiding in your day-to-day work. You get a clear, prioritized summary of where AI can reduce time, cost, and friction — and what it would take to get there.

No software pitch. No generic recommendations. Just an experienced set of eyes on your operation.

For: Leaders and teams who know AI is relevant to their work but want someone with operational experience to show them exactly where — and why.

Leader Advisory

A strategic thinking partnership for leaders applying AI to their real work.

Four sessions over eight weeks, built around your actual challenges — not hypothetical exercises. We work on your projects, build workflows tailored to your role, and develop the kind of capability you keep long after we're done.

For some leaders, that means building AI into daily decision-making. For others, it means working through a high-stakes strategic challenge with a thinking partner who understands both the technology and the operational reality behind it.

Every engagement is platform-agnostic and grounded in how your work actually gets done.

For: Executives, directors, managers, business owners, and professionals navigating AI in their work.

TEAMS & ORGANIZATIONS · CUSTOM SCOPE

Organizational AI Adoption

AI adoption doesn't fail because of bad technology. It fails because organizations introduce tools without understanding how work actually happens inside them — and without giving people the safety to experiment.

This engagement meets your organization where it actually is. It can start with a focused readiness assessment to understand what's working, what's stuck, and what needs to change. It can move into adoption strategy — identifying the right workflows, building leadership alignment, and designing the conditions where AI use becomes sustainable. And when teams are ready, it becomes hands-on: building real AI-powered tools tied directly to their work.

What this can include:
·AI Readiness Assessment — a clear picture of where your organization stands and what's getting in the way
·Adoption strategy development — leadership alignment, workflow mapping, and a practical path forward
·Team AI Accelerator — your team builds AI tools for their own work and leaves owning everything they create
·A complete playbook documenting what was built, how it works, and how to sustain it

Every phase is designed so your organization builds capability — not dependency. You keep everything.

For: Senior leaders, functional leaders, and organizations ready to move from AI curiosity to sustainable adoption across Operations, HR, Sales, Engineering, Communications, Finance, and more.

6 WEEKS · COHORT · CROSS-COMPANY

AI Sprint

A structured six-week cohort for non-technical leaders and teams in automotive and manufacturing. Three people from your company join peers from non-competing suppliers, work on real workflows, and leave with a tool or solution they built—not a certificate, not a generic demo.

The program includes pre-program intake, weekly working sessions, cross-company peer learning, and a showcase where executive sponsors see live demonstrations of what their teams built. Two strategic advisory sessions are reserved for your executive sponsor to align on priorities and what comes next.

Founding cohort members lock in preferred pricing and help shape the program. Minimum six companies, maximum ten, three participants per company.

For: Organizations that want their people building with AI on real work, with executive sponsorship and peer learning across companies.
